UPholdings would like to recognize Property Manager, Shimanda Corbin for her hard work and commitment to excellence. Shimanda has been a member of our team for four years. She began her career as an Assistant Property Manager at Rebecca Walker Apartments and was recently promoted. She plays a vital role in daily operations and takes pride in her work. More importantly, Shimanda has done a great job at stabilizing her property and has maintained occupancy of 98%, even throughout the pandemic and very difficult operating conditions. Shimanda is always willing to go above and beyond for her tenants, thus displaying the true definition of customer service.
