El Zocalo will be opening its pre-application waiting list for affordable apartments rentals starting Friday, July 19th at 10 AM. To add your name to the list at that time, please visit https://www.upholdings.net/zocalo and click the link in the lower right corner that says "Get On the List". El Zocalo is located at 4651 S. Spaulding Ave and 3246-56 W. 47th Street in Chicago’s Brighton Park neighborhood. One-, two-, and three-bedroom units will be available for occupancy in Fall 2019, and programs and services will be made available to residents by the Back of the Yards Neighborhood Council (BYNC) and UPholdings.
Applicants must pre-qualify for occupancy, and eligible applicants will be contacted to complete a full application. Maximum income restrictions apply.
