True to the state initiative that helped create it, IHCDA’s Moving Forward 3.0, Alder Place is progressing at a rapid pace. With an expected construction start date in the early summer of 2019, the building will have a strong visual identity as well as plentiful landscaping, adding vibrancy to the Broadway Street corridor. With a health clinic on the ground floor, Alder Place will be bringing much needed access to health services in North Harbor, as well as significant foot traffic which will help support the overall revitalization of the area. During the next few months, staff will be working to close on the financing, break ground, as well as continue to develop our service partnerships to ensure Alder Place is a truly service-enriched development.
