Construction of Westhaven is set to be completed by June, 2019, when the last of the five buildings will become ready for occupancy. Currently, two buildings are completed and leased, which include ADA units occupied by 811 referrals. The community room, laundry facilities, property management office and other common spaces are all complete and operational as well. The project is thus effectively fully operative, with day-to-day operations successfully in place. Due to overwhelming interest, units have been pre-leased once Occupancy Certificates are received.
