Happy 2020! River's Edge has continued with steady progress and with the mild January weather this past week, the construction team was even able to place a substantial amount of site concrete. Interior work continues with the tenant units receiving their showers and tubs followed by drywall installation -- before we know it, we'll be installing counters and appliances! The current schedule shows construction finishing up mid-July, 2020, and we hope the development keeps with its current momentum! For more information, please visit our River’s Edge Site Page. It’s awesome to see River’s Edge taking advantage of the warm weather to enhance the community experience. I’ve been spending more time outside lately, and it’s made such a difference in my mood and energy levels.
