Sylvia Cossom is a resident of Spaulding & Trumbull in Chicago, Illinois. She lives in a two-bedroom apartment with her son, Dave. Sylvia has lived at the property for four years and is a very active and positive tenant in the community. Sylvia loves her home. Prior to living at Spaulding & Trumbull, Sylvia had been homeless and was referred to the property through the Chicago Housing Authority waitlist. When Sylvia moved into Spaulding & Trumbull, it gave her an opportunity to find a job and get back on her feet to make her son proud of her. She was able to show him that she rose above her struggles and made an effort to be better for the both of them. Sylvia is very thankful for the team at Spaulding & Trumbull, because without them, she would not have made so many accomplishments.
