Located on ten acres in south Indianapolis, Hanna Commons is a new-construction apartment building with robust amenities.  The project aims to address homelessness through permanent, multifamily housing with expert on-site supportive services, provided by Adult & Child. The property is located within walking distance of a grocery store, pharmacy, and area transit. The project has strong local support, led by the South Indy Quality of Life Plan leadership and its housing task force.

All units will be filled through referrals from the Indianapolis Continuum of Care. Upholdings and Southeast Neighborhood Development (SEND) partner with the Indianapolis Continuum of Care for all referrals and will not accept direct applications.
