In partnership with New Directions Housing Corporation, UPholdings constructed 20 townhouse-style apartments within two buildings—1 three-story building and 2 two-story buildings—in Glenview, Illinois. The unit mix includes two-, three-, and four-bedroom family units.

Greenleaf Manor is located near many amenities, including major businesses/employers, shopping centers, schools, and public transportation, as well as easy access to Central Tri-State Tollway I-294. This development provides critical housing opportunities for families in the northern suburbs of Cook County.

Currently, Glenview is one of 12 communities on the State AHPAA list (Affordable Housing Planning and Appeal Act) and Greenleaf Manor aids in bringing the community closer to the mandated 10 percent threshold.  Greenleaf Manor was featured in the Atlantic article, "How Chicago Is Trying to Integrate Its Suburbs": (
