Description:

East Village is a 56-unit, 100% PSH development located in Bethel, Clermont County, OH. All units will be made affordable to extremely low income individuals through a 15-year project-based HAP contract from the Clermont Metropolitan Housing Authority. The targeted tenant population will be people experiencing homelessness, as well as people at-risk of homelessness and living with a mental illness, as identified by Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) and the County Board. GCBHS will be the primary service provider and will have full-time staff at the site. GCBHS will also create community linkages with additional agencies for services outside their scope.
