Description:

The Traveler's Motel (property name TBD) will provide 55 units of permanent supportive housing that target 38 youth households and 17 homeless households. Resident referrals will be made through the Continuum of Care’s Coordinated Entry System. The project will feature designated office and community space so that supportive services can be provided onsite. The project’s capital and operational costs will be funded by a combination of Homekey program funds, CDBG, Homeless Housing, Assistance, and Prevention (HHAP), Homeless Housing Incentive Program (HHIP), HUD Continuum of Care, Aspiranet, and Housing Choice vouchers from SRHA.
