Myers Place is a mixed-use development in Mount Prospect, Illinois that provides 39 units of permanent supportive housing for persons living with disabilities. When it first opened, Myers Place was not only the first permanent supportive housing project of its size in the market area but was also a first for Chicago’s northwestern suburbs at-large. Some of the unique area amenities that residents particularly enjoy are the nearby forest preserves and easy access to Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. Residents also enjoy all the food delivery options from local restaurants. Since COVID-19 hit, Myers Place has been gifted with local churches and pantries stopping by every week to deliver boxes of food and masks for the residents.
