PhilHaven is a 3-story apartment building featuring 50 fully-furnished units, and a variety of community spaces indoors and outdoors.  Located near many amenities, the development provides critical housing opportunities for individuals and families living with disabilities in the northwest suburbs of Cook County.  Residents considered for PhilHaven will include adults with any sort of disabling condition that is serious enough to cause a disability, but not so serious as to require institutional or supervised living. Case management is made available to all residents, regardless of service needs. The development includes a community room with small kitchen, laundry facilities, and offices for the on-site staff.
