Northern Pines is a 56-unit affordable housing development that will be located at 240 E Michigan Ave in Battle Creek, Michigan. The four-story structure will provide affordable one-bedroom units and shared amenities – including a community room, service offices, laundry facilities, and more – to households in the Battle Creek community.

UPholdings and the Battle Creek Housing Commission are co-developers and owners. The Battle Creek Housing Commission is also providing the project with project-based vouchers. Northern Pines is the result of years of dedication and support from our additional local partners, the City of Battle Creek and Calhoun County Land Bank. The project will have services provided on and off-site by Summit Pointe, and the site will have dedicated on-site management offices.
