Description:

Mercy Village is a three-story, new-construction, 66-unit permanent supportive housing development located on a 1.5-acre site at 3015 Park Avenue in Merced, California. The development will consist of 65 one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom, live-in staff unit. All 65 residential units, including a mix of HCD No Place Like Home (NPLH) and Homekey+ designated units, will serve households who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness and have a serious mental health challenge, with 20 Homekey+ units set aside specifically for veterans. Additionally, the project will have a HAP contract to support rents for extremely low-income households.

 

The property will include on-site management offices and a live-in property manager unit. Residents will also have access to ample on-site service space to accommodate one-on-one sessions, classes, and group activities. Mental and behavioral health services will be provided to residents in partnership with the Merced County Department of Behavioral Health and Recovery Services.
