Mercy Village perspective - residential.

Mercy Village will be a 151-unit mixed-income and mixed-use integrated supportive housing project that will include 45 units that will target those experiencing homelessness and have a serious mental illness, funded through the No Place Like Home (NPLH) Program.  All project units will be affordable at or below 80% area median, including units reserved for people earning up to 15% AMI and 30% AMI.  The project will be a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units and will have a clubhouse with important tenant amenities.  The clubhouse will also provide space for the delivery of on-site supportive services for residents, to be delivered by the Merced County Department of Behavioral Health and Recovery Services at no cost to tenants.  In addition to the residential buildings, the project will feature a commercial Federally Qualified Health Center that is open to the public.
