The company is seeking to hire a Property Management Coordinator to join our leadership team and assist the executive staff in data management, analyzing property indicators, and communicating the outcomes. The Property Management Coordinator will report directly to the Operate Division Executive staff who oversee a portfolio of 1,800 units across four states.  You will be in charge of providing information to the organization's various departments, outside investors, monitoring and ensuring important policies and strategic decisions are in effect, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures:


  • Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.

  • Review backgrounds and references for potential recruits when necessary.

  • Assist the Director in promoting a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

  • Develop spreadsheet for budgeting, reporting and planning.

  • Assist the Director in working with senior staff, service partners, and community stakeholders

  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

  • Assist the Director with reporting and other communications with the President, CEO and investors

  • Research and provide data that assist in department in planning for short and long-term goals.

  • Identify and report problems and opportunities for the company.

  • Work with the Director to build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

  • Support worker communication with the executive management team.

  • Coordinating the company's budget with the executive director

  • Assist Regional and office managers as needed

  • Assessing and improving essential operational systems

  • Drafting processes and policies for daily business activities.


Candidates for this position should possess relevant experience and knowledge in real estate management or asset management. Project management experience is a plus, proficient in micro soft word and excel spreadsheet. A Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years’ experience is required. Candidates for this position should have the ability to work well on teams, remain organized, be detail-oriented and meet deadlines.


More importantly than specific knowledge of these various tasks is the intellect and entrepreneurial spirit needed to juggle multiple projects and tasks while considering the “big picture”. Our professional environment ensures an open-door policy and encourages questions and collaboration.    Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel a minimum of 30%-40%.
